Shipping

All Products Are on Pre-Order and will Ship by Oct. 25

How do I track my order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.  If you cannot locate your tracking number, please contact customerservice@shopeverkin.com.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to over 100 countries. The cost of shipping will be based on your location and will be shown during checkout.


When will my order ship?

All orders ship within 48 hours.


Can I make changes to my shipping address after I place my order?

We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes to it once it has been placed.

 

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Return any unworn, unused, unopened or defective merchandise within 30 days of the order delivery date for a full refund. To begin the return or exchange process, email customerservice@shopeverkin.com for instructions. We do not offer exchanges at this point. To exchange an item, simply return it and place a new order.


How do I return or exchange my order?

What if my product is damaged or defective?

If you received a damaged or defective item, please email customerservice@shopeverkin.com and we will help you exchange the item.


How long will it take for my return to process?

Please allow 1-2 weeks from the time you mail your return for it to be processed. We will email you once it is processed.

Sizing

What kind of iPhone do I have?

  • Go to the Settings app.
  • At the top, you’ll see your Apple ID/iCloud profile photo and your name. Tap on it.
  • Scroll down until you see your devices. The first device should be your iPhone with the device type underneath it.

How can one case fit multiple iPhone models?

Our engineers have specifically designed our cases to be backwards compatible to fit multiple devices. All ports are accessible and cameras are protected and uncovered.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, and PayPal.

Warranty

1 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty applies to all products. Warranty begins on date of purchase and ends on day 365. Includes defects in materials and craftsmanship. Excludes damage caused by normal wear and tear and damage from handling the product outside of normal use. Product will be refurbished, replaced, or exchanged with a product of equal or lesser value at our discretion. The customer is responsible for return shipping and handling costs. Proof of purchase required.
