How do I track my order?

We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes to it once it has been placed.

What is your return policy?

Return any unworn, unused, unopened or defective merchandise within 30 days of the order delivery date for a full refund. To begin the return or exchange process, email for instructions. We do not offer exchanges at this point. To exchange an item, simply return it and place a new order.

What if my product is damaged or defective?

If you received a damaged or defective item, please email and we will help you exchange the item.

How long will it take for my return to process?

Please allow 1-2 weeks from the time you mail your return for it to be processed. We will email you once it is processed.


What kind of iPhone do I have?

  • Go to the Settings app.
  • At the top, you’ll see your Apple ID/iCloud profile photo and your name. Tap on it.
  • Scroll down until you see your devices. The first device should be your iPhone with the device type underneath it.

How can one case fit multiple iPhone models?

1 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty applies to all products. Warranty begins on date of purchase and ends on day 365. Includes defects in materials and craftsmanship. Excludes damage caused by normal wear and tear and damage from handling the product outside of normal use. Product will be refurbished, replaced, or exchanged with a product of equal or lesser value at our discretion. The customer is responsible for return shipping and handling costs. Proof of purchase required.
